Why flat pricing instead of a % of ad spend?
Because a % of spend pays your agency more every time your budget goes up — whether or not results follow. Agencies typically charge 10–20% of spend or $1,500–$10,000/mo retainers; enterprise platforms charge $4,000+ minimums plus 3–5% of spend on top. We charge a flat retainer and 0% of spend, so scaling your budget costs us nothing to recommend and costs you nothing extra. Our only incentive is the same as yours: make the spend work.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month — cancel ahead of any renewal, no termination fee, ever. Your ad accounts, audiences, pixels and business data were always in your name, so there's nothing to hand back; systems we engineer run on the PHXGrowth engine and retire with us when you go.
What happens if I leave?

By workload. The base retainer covers three working automations, run and maintained for you; each additional automation is a flat +$295/mo. Retire one and the invoice drops the same amount at the next renewal — the price tracks the work the desk actually runs, nothing else. No ad management is included; add a managed tier whenever you're ready.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No — ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta, Google, or TikTok, from your own ad accounts. The flat retainer covers the desk that flies it: the buyer, creative, reconciliation and reporting. We never take a cut of the spend itself.
What does “from” pricing mean?
“From” is the starting price for the standard scope described on the card. If your scope is bigger, you get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts — the number never moves after kickoff.
