Privacy Policy

We collect what you type into our forms and chat, we use it to send you the things you asked for and to run the service, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted by emailing us. The rest of this page is that promise in detail.

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, company, website, business goal, approximate ad spend, calculator inputs you choose to have emailed to you, messages you send through the site chat, and anything you include in a booking or application form.

Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and rate limiting, and privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics via Vercel Analytics. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site.

Connected-account data (clients only): if you become a client and connect ad platforms, storefronts or accounting tools (for example Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, HubSpot or QuickBooks), we access those accounts strictly to deliver the services you've engaged us for, under the permissions you grant in each platform's own consent screen. We never access accounts you haven't connected.

• Sending you what you requested — a growth plan, a quote, a projection from the calculator.
• Replying to your questions and following up on your inquiry (you can end any email sequence by replying and telling us to stop).
• Operating, securing and improving the site and our services.
• Meeting legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Like every modern service, we rely on a small set of infrastructure providers, each bound by their own data-processing terms:

• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Upstash — encrypted data storage for leads and service state.
• HubSpot — customer relationship management, when connected.
• Zapier — workflow notifications, when configured.
• Anthropic — AI drafting of replies and plans, when enabled; your inputs are processed to generate the response and are not used to train models under our agreement.

Lead and inquiry data is kept while it's relevant to serving you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client account data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus what tax and accounting law requires. Anything beyond that gets deleted.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to admin@phxgrowth.com does it — no forms, no hoops. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK or California) you may have additional statutory rights, and we honor requests under those laws regardless of where you're writing from.

All traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. Credentials and API keys are stored in scoped, encrypted environment configuration — never in code. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle existing data will be announced to affected users by email.
