Most agencies publish how you join and hide how you leave. We think it should be the other way around: an agency that publishes a good exit is the only kind worth entering. So here is ours, in writing, before you ever sign anything.

Tell us in writing — email counts. Within 5 business days our access to your ad accounts, storefront and books is removed, and we confirm it in writing. No exit interviews required, no winding-down retainer, no dragging it into next month.
No termination fee. Ever.
Every plan is month to month. Cancel ahead of any renewal and the current period is the last one you pay. There is no early-exit charge, no “remaining term,” no fee with a different name that works like one.
Nothing to hand back — it was always yours
Your ad accounts, pixels, audiences, customer lists and campaign history live in accounts registered to you from day one. We work inside them; we never own them. Leaving doesn't move your data because your data never moved.
Your history leaves with you
You receive an export of your reporting history and the desk's decision log for your account — what was done, when, and why, in plain English. The next person you hire starts with the full record, not a cold account.
What retires with us
The systems we engineer — the workflows, automations and the PHXGrowth engine they run on — are licensed to you while we fly together and are decommissioned when you go. That's the honest trade for never charging a build-ransom on the way out.
